Privacy

Who we are
Andrea Rose 365 (“we”, “Andrea”) provides an adult digital academy. Contact: andrearose365support@gmail.com.
What we store
Account data (email, hashed password, name) via Better Auth. Enrollment (track, plan, start date, status, Stripe customer / subscription IDs). Progress (diary, poll locks, protocol ticks, streak, XP). Optional mailing list if you ticked the box (email, name, when you consented). An 18+ confirmation cookie on your device. Production member data is stored in a Turso/libSQL database Andrea controls — not in the browser.
Payments (Stripe)
Checkout and payment data are handled by Stripe under Stripe’s privacy policy. We store customer and subscription IDs needed to keep membership in sync. A one-time journal purchase stores the Checkout session id against your account so you can download the file again. We do not store full card details.
Mailing list
The list is opt-in only. We store the address you gave, a name if you offered one, and the time you consented. You can leave at /unsubscribe or by writing to andrearose365support@gmail.com. We do not sell the list.
Age
The service is 18+ only. We ask you to confirm age before use. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Sensitive content
Diary text and consent choices are stored on the server against your account so the year follows you. Treat your login as private.
Your rights (GDPR / Irish law)
You may request access, correction, erasure, or restriction, and you may complain to the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) or your local EU authority. Use Reset on the You page to clear progress; write to support to delete the account.
Changes
We may update this notice when the product changes. The date above will change when we do.
