Terms of use

1. Adults only (18+)

Andrea Rose 365 is an adult digital academy (femme / sissy training content). You must be at least 18 years old to enter, enrol, or use the academy. By confirming the age gate you represent that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide access to minors.

2. What you’re buying

The 14-day free trial does not require a card. After that, purchases are for digital access: monthly Inner Circle at $12, or The Year at $96 once (save $48 compared with twelve months at $12). Payment is processed by Stripe. After a successful Checkout session, a webhook marks your enrollment row active. That server record — not a browser cache — is what opens the academy.

The Thirty-Day Journal is a separate one-time digital file at $12. It is a companion to the academy. It does not start Inner Circle or The Year. After payment, the PDF is available to the account that paid. It is not a public link.

3. Licence, not ownership

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own private practice. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, scrape, or share login credentials. Content remains Andrea’s (and any credited contributors’).

4. Refunds (digital goods)

EU / Irish consumers: you normally have a right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days. For digital content, that right can end once delivery begins if you clearly consented and acknowledged it. Default policy here: if paid access has not been used (no academy activity after payment), contact us within 14 days for a refund via Stripe. After paid access is unlocked and used, the digital service is considered supplied — no refund except where required by law or where Andrea agrees in writing.

5. Nature of the content

Materials may include adult, kink-adjacent, gender-exploration, and body-related topics. Bloom is self-led femininity practice; Doll includes optional adult extras behind your own consent checklist. Nothing here is medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. You are responsible for your health, safety, local law, and not involving anyone who did not consent.

6. Your account and progress

You create an account with email and password. Enrollment (track, plan, start date, Stripe IDs, status) is stored on the server and is the entitlement source of truth. Diary, polls, and protocol progress are stored against your account so they follow you across devices.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t harass others, attempt to break access controls, share logins publicly, or use the academy to involve non-consenting people. We may cancel membership or refuse service for abuse.

8. Subscription cancellation

Inner Circle ($12/month) can be canceled from the You page. Stripe sets cancel-at-period-end, so academy access stays until that period finishes. When the subscription is deleted, a webhook marks enrollment canceled. The year is a one-time payment for the remaining curriculum year.

9. Liability

The academy is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by Irish and EU law, Andrea is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
